6 Years Ago I Had A Wake Up Call…

At 400 pounds, I felt miserable, unhappy, and stuck. I had tried every fad diet but nothing seemed to work, then I got the wakeup call that changed my life. It began when my doctor gave me less than 10 years to live. Less than 48 hours later, a friend of mine collapsed into a diabetic coma at work, and then, 24 hours later, I heard the terrible news that one of my lifelong friends and mentor had died of a heart attack.

Weight Loss, Changed My Life

I knew right away that something had to change. So I embarked on a two-year weight loss journey. The transformation was amazing. I have so much energy now and I feel healthy, happy, and alive. The only pill I take today is a multivitamin.

And I did it all through small, simple steps.

I’ve lost over 200 pounds and now I want to help others succeed on their weight loss journey. During my journey, I started to inspire others. I fell in love with helping people reach their weight loss goals and I’m here to let you know, you can succeed!
